Department of Sanskrit

The department of Sanskrit imparts higher education on Sanskrit language, literature, grammar and philosophy. Being the mother of all Indian languages and the most important among the IE family of languages, the study of Sanskrit can open the floodgates of knowledge both sacred and secular. The objective of the Sanskrit department of the university lies in making the students aware of the holistic approach to life and knowledge
